Portage Lakes, OH is a unique Ohio community that consists of three neighboring cities that encompass eight small lakes which total about 2,000 acres of water. Most of the Portage Lakes have a 400-hp limit, except for Nimisila Reservoir (electric motors only). No Wake zones cover all of the lakes, with two “speed zones” for skiing and going fast.
All areas of Portage Lakes are "No Wake" except for the buoyed portions of Turkeyfoot Lake & East Reservoir.
